Sell Your Binder ("we", "us") buys trading card collections by mail within the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through sellyourbinder.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request an offer we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it), your state, the photos you upload, and your answers about the collection. We also collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type) and, if you arrived from an ad, which ad brought you here.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate your collection, send you an offer, arrange shipping, pay you, and keep the transaction records the tax authorities require of any business. If you check the optional box, we may occasionally check whether you've found more cards. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Automated evaluation

Your photos are analyzed with the assistance of AI to help us estimate what your collection contains. A human makes every purchasing decision.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we'll text you about your active offer. We only send marketing texts if you separately opted in, and you can stop all texts at any time by replying STOP.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, email/SMS delivery services, and our hosting providers — and only what each needs to do its job.

Your choices

Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately and permanently. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing [email protected]; we'll remove your data and photos, keeping only the minimal records of completed transactions that tax law requires us to retain.
